Based on this topic, the MOMA team started with research on target users and existing products in the market to develop design insights.
Starting from the target users' living habits, purchasing methods and habits, life scenarios, pain points of existing products and unmet needs, as well as the different cultural experience that "e-sports" brings to them, we conduct a large number of in-depth online and offline user interviews and consumer co-creation to gain insights into the target users and e-sports culture.
The R&D design team found in the actual investigation and research process that the target users will choose more professional gaming chair brands and products, gaming culture and gaming experience, and will also pay special attention to the matching of gaming chair appearance design and home decoration, and understand the extension of people and scenes. At the same time, factors such as product function and experience, product assembly and practicality, ergonomics, comfort and health will be used as the basis for purchasing products.

With the penetration of technology, e-sports has perfectly broken social circles and regional barriers, bringing together people with the same interests within the scope of technology, creating a community, and a diversified e-sports culture has naturally formed.
