The topic of offices and work has attracted a lot of attention recently as mobile work becomes more popular, and the COVID-19 pandemic has further changed how and where people work. In order to gain a deeper understanding of the driving factors for changes in consumer behavior, the IDEO team began extensive field research in the early stages of the project, interviewing people with different types of office needs, visiting and recording their office layouts, and understanding their behavioral patterns and Feel.
